Payments
When you make an appointment via the website you have the option to pay immediately.
Don’t pay in advance? In that case, you can pay the consultation in cash, or on the spot by means of a bank transfer or mobile banking.
PLEASE NOTE: You cannot pay with a debit card or afterwards via a bank transfer.
Cancelling an Appointment
If you would like to change or cancel an appointment, you can do so by telephone (not by e-mail) no later than one working day (24 hours) prior to the appointment.
Appointments that are not cancelled on time, will be fully charged.
Questions or problems?
If you have any questions or problems in between consultations, you can contact me free of charge.
After 20 minutes of contact by phone, a Phone Consultation will be charged.
Costs Phone Consultation – Acute Complaints
The prices below apply to telephone consultations for acute complaints (acute complaints are temporary complaints, such as a flu).
From 15 min – €25
> 30 min – €50
> 40 min – €85
If the telephone consultation is for chronic complaints, or you receive a full prescription for 1 or 2 months, a full consultation will be charged. See the prices at the top of the page for full consultations.
Discount promotions
When you refer a new patient to me, you will receive a 10% discount on your next consultation (excluding remedies).
Family members from your own family do not count as a referral.
Different discount promotions cannot be combined.
